The first phase of the large-scale development project, in which architects meticulously worked on the architecture of the neighborhood.

The buildings consist of visually separated columns on the facade, each of which is a unique unit with its own design and details: the shapes of balconies and windows, bay windows, and brickwork.

Thanks to the dynamic fragmentation of the building facades, one can literally see where the boundaries of the apartments lie, creating an elegant sculptural form.
The buildings feature many details that are noticeable at human eye level—various patterns on the facades, projections, and window surrounds. This approach makes the architecture more humanistic: from utilitarian objects, the buildings transform into homes that people can easily relate to, as each one has its own character.

A parallel is drawn with the historical development of the city center.
The project includes more than 80 unique types of facades. The division of the block development into separate modules has allowed us to address the project's business objectives and create a vibrant, diverse environment within the planned density.
New phases are being designed within the framework of the master plan, which develops former industrial areas and urban voids. An important principle of this project is to work both within the residential quarter and to ensure the holistic development of the district with urban ensembles.

The shape of each building responds to the public spaces outlined in the master plan—streets, squares, and boulevards. This is particularly evident in the tower with its expressive "hull"—a sharp corner featuring bay windows and open balconies that overlook a major intersection. This "nose" has become a landmark of the project.
