CONCEPTION
The residential quarter in northern Moscow, featuring a tower that stands 168 meters tall, will become one of the 40 tallest buildings in the metropolis. This type of architecture creates a system of visual focal points throughout the city. The dominant structure is clearly visible from Altufyevskoye Highway—a major eight-lane thoroughfare and one of the city's largest arteries—and will serve as a key visual landmark for the area.

amplitude
In the quarter, two tall dominant structures stand out, while the other elements serve as a restrained background architecture: the contrast in the scale of individual buildings enhances the perception of amplitude.

Amplitude quarters impose specific requirements for lighting design, and a significant aspect of the work was ensuring that the project met sunlight exposure standards.
The towers of the quarter feature elegant stepped silhouettes, shaped by terraces and corner windows. Like beacons or campanile towers, the dominant structures in this project mark the location: the new quarter contrasts with the surrounding residential development in terms of form, height, and materials.
To create a more human-scaled lower city, the quarter is divided into two parts by varying heights, utilizing terracotta, golden-beige, and blue-blue shades on the facades. The rhythm of the lower level is defined by balconies—standard, French, and corner types.
